Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows: 24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee. Less than 24-hours notice = 40% of reserved service(s) No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s) If you are 7 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, client may not receive the full treatment, and or may be asked to reschedule. More than 10 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the no show fee will apply.
